Our humble beginnings started with a single investor purchasing and adding value to single family properties. As the business and portfolio grew, the team grew and began investing in and apartments as well as working with apartment complex investors. By allowing other investors to participate, we can accelerate our growth while giving private money investors options for diversifying their wealth through ownership of commercial and residential real estate. We involve debt and equity partners.
Paul started in single family real estate investing as a college student trying to make passive income, and kept investing in single family until 2014, when he bought his first two commercial properties. As his portfolio grew, Paul founded Hill Country Select Homes, LLC. Since getting into real estate, Paul has owned more than 85 single family units and several retail properties, developed land, built new homes and owned or assisted in the acquisition and or management of 1,817 multifamily units both on the GP and LP sides. Before full time real estate, Paul owned and managed a nationwide trucking business and taught high school.
